If you're not completely satisfied with your ClearX Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@standbysupplyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Item must be returned in original or reasonable condition
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Lifetime Warranty
The ClearX Pro carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
