Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times 

• Standard shipping: 4–9 business days
  
• All orders include tracking - you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Delays

Standby Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
